Midmark and Ritter medical
exam tables, sterilizers, lighting, casework, carts and cabinets, or
diagnostic instruments, we can handle any problem that you need to address,
whether it be warranty or post-warranty. And of course, we can handle it
in YOUR office or OUR shop, as required!

Our Lead
Equipment Technician is factory-trained on most brands, has 30 years of in-depth experience,
and holds regular training sessions with staff. Your office revolves around
your Exam and surgical tables, diagnostic instruments, lights, and support
cabinetry. When this equipment requires service,

is there to ensure your equipment
is properly repaired and able to meet the
rigorous demands you and your busy staff place upon it. As always, Alpha
Med U.S.A. stands behind all the work we perform. You can
feel confident that your equipment is in top-notch working condition.

Other repair facilities are
trained in handling just Medical or just Dental equipment. Since our
senior technician has in his 30 years of experience held the position of service
manager in both Dental supply and Surgical supply houses, Alpha
Med U.S.A.'s techs are not trained in
just one or the other discipline. Although our techs are factory trained
at Midmark in the repair of their newest medical equipment, they are also
personally trained by our senior service technician in the Repair of Midmark,
A-Dec, Marus, and many
other brands of Dental equipment as well, from the very oldest to the very
newest. This is a tremendous advantage to those of you who have old-style
Ritter exam tables with oil-bath bases (Circa 1940 and up) or Ritter Dental
chairs, as these bases CAN be repaired by our staff!
Repairing sterilizers here at Alpha
Med U.S.A. is a BIG part of our business,
and our favorite sterilizers are the Midmark
and Ritter line of sterilizers. Their fast and economical Midmark
and Ritter M-7 Speedclave, the beautiful and
efficient M-9 Ultraclave,
and the M-9's big brother, the M-11
Ultraclave are perhaps the most advanced
claves available today anywhere, and certainly regarded by us as THE most
advanced available today. For a service company like us, that would
normally mean something like what you saw on a Maytag repairman commercial, so
you would think they are not popular with us. Not so. As Midmark
is probably the largest medical corporation marketing autoclaves today, the
sheer number of units placed in offices ensures that we see them with some
frequency because we service both Dental and Medical offices.
The Midmark and Ritter
line of claves are highly advanced and dependable units. On those
occasions when they do require service, you can count on Alpha
